ok im trying to build a puppet head like berts but the leaf pattern isnt working any sugestions

By "leaf" do you mean wedges? If so you need to make the wedges longer and thinner and experiment with using different types of wedges.

Otherwise, the Pinhead Pattern from Project Puppet could probably be used with a few minor modifications.

Hey puppetise,

You may be more happy with the Punto pattern for Bert. I think the pinhead pattern is slightly less pointy (although I have not used the pinhead pattern yet). But if you are on a tight budget then the Pinhead pattern is the way to go. I have been wanting to attempt a Bert replica using the Punto pattern for a while now, but I haven't had the chance.
