Yes, I barely remember that episode as well! It all took place in E&B's apartment. I don't recall it being quite as crowded as it seemed to be on the album, but it did seem to more or less follow the album. I'd estimate it from 1974 or 75 as well. I'd love to see it again!

The episode based on the Bert and Ernie Sing Along album is episode 900, which originally aired April 23, 1976. It's probably locked in the vault (along with all the other 1,000+ episodes that haven't been released yet) and it's unlikely that we'll see it anytime soon.
