What Happen's When Elmo Play's Beat The Time with Guy Smiley and What Year was it?

I think it was 1989 or so, Elmo has to think up Rhymes for words, some weird word comes up at the end that sounds similar to Snuffleupagus, and Elmo leaves and crashes through the curtain riding snuffy. This is a very rare clip but I see it during season 22, years and years ago.

Oh,Sounds Interesting!I have never seen it before.I remember The one with Cookie Monster very well and I have that.I even remember The one with The Count too But I only seen it once on T.V.when I was little and I remember when he counts all the seconds on the clock and then Lightning and Thunder comes.What else happens on that segment and What year was it?

Well, he has to find 2 things that come from the sky, and Guy Smiley says that he won't win by just counting all the seconds. Then thunder and lightning come from the sky, and so he wins. He gets to pick his prize, and he picks another 20 seconds.
