Actually, Wal-Mart started making the pull-ups about 2-3 years ago (White Cloud Brand?) with Bear and the gang on them. My daughter was delighted to have Bear pull-ups. She never wanted to wear real panties because she had her Bear pull-ups! They changed the design to Tweety Bird about a year ago.
