Beaker's Mouth

I'm designing a puppet that may have to have a mouth sort of like Beaker's because it has a cylindrical head. What's the name for that type of mouth and can you give me a rundown of how it works? Thanks!

i know this is an old threaqd and i dont have an answer but im also looking to figure out how to do this. maybe someone else will post since it hast been aswered yet.

This is a wild guess...look at the image and try to imagine that it is inside beakers head. There is a tube at the bottom of the mouth-flap-open-close-thing for your thumb, and a tube for you fingers just above. You open and close by pulling your thumb...baybe it's not the right way, but as i said it's a wild guess...and no i am not a good painter :sing:
