"Be My D" vs. "D Duah Duah"

I remember seeing on Muppet Wiki information that depicts Didi O'Day and the Dew Drops performing "D Duah Duah", but isn't the actual title "Be My D", as Bushman Bill introduced the song at the beginning of the segment? And why does Muppet Wiki use "D Duah Duah" as the title?

"D Duah Duah" is the officially registered title, even if "Be My D" is the more common lyric. Muppet Wiki uses official, registered titles (there's some song database out there that they use to find a lot of song titles) whenever possible.
