I just thought I had better add that there is a muppet tv guide on my site and has been there for a while now. I stumbled across this thread by chance, sorry for bringing an old thread back.

My site is a mess at the moment though, undergoing major renovations etc. please excuse.

Please bear in mind that the timeslots have changed slightly, I havent updated the site at all in quite a few weeks and the tv guide has changed since then. The site undergoing major renovations and there will be a few pretty good surprises too.

Those pay TV channels would be great to have access to, I wish I had it. The weird timeslots are ok with me, I can adjust to any time zone, I dont really live in the Australian time zone the times I go to bed, Im a little like an insomniac but I do sleep just not that much. lol.

Another idea rather than spending lots of money on pay tv (it can be extremely expensive per year) you could just get DVDs and videos from the US such as the muppet show DVD set and get all the movies available on DVD or video and trade tapes of henson shows with fellow muppet central members, that way you won't have to wait for them to come on the TV, just play them anytime. Thats what I would do if I had the spare money for pay TV anyway, just spend it on all the DVDs and videos available.

They always do have henson shows on at sometime on pay tv here in Australia, I once saw that they had Fraggle Rock on on a regular basis but it finished, this was last year or this year too.

im collecting the time life collection of tms, but i dont think they will ever re-release every episode will they??
my parents have got galaxy at their house, i asked them to tape tms for me, but i cant really expect them to sit up until midnight until it comes on...they havent figured out how to program the vcr to tape automatically yet...*sigh*
ive also managed to get the dark crystal, the muppet movie and the muppets take manhattan, but i cant find the great muppet caper anywhere..
ive discovered that the abc shop is good for picking up obscure sesame street bits and pieces..not nearly enough though!
as for fraggles, ive lived in oz all my life and have never been able to buy copies of fraggle episodes, i do have a cool book about fraggles that my girlfriend gave me..its cute. also have a few old episodes of the muppet babies, but they are on beta, so i cant even watch them!! i wish i could travel back in time about 15 years and bulk buy or record all these old episodes...
i think ill still sign up for galaxy anyways, at least it shows heaps of simpsons episodes which are the next best thing..

You're probably right. I would get foxtel and pay TV if I had a steady supply of money! I'd also need a good Video recorder to record the episodes.
