for me its ammonia. its the one smell that instantly triggers my gag reflex

though pepper spray is really bad smelling too, I have a worse reaction with ammonia.

No i've never been pepper sprayed but my mom got the brilliant idea to spray it into the tub in our bathroom to smell it and failed to tell me she did it.
