This is where I have to slip into GURU status:
Perfection is the item we all strive to achieve, unless it's someone who is an underachiever and then perfection isn't an option but rather failure is their goal. We are not perfect, nor will we ever be, but in order to attain the status of perfection, we must practice and exercise our abilities to get as near to perfection as we can. The goal: Perfection. The way to achieve that goal: Practice. Practice makes perfect is an overstatement; however, it is sensible in that it is what we desire.
