There are a lot of great ones. Metal-wise, I really enjoy Killbot&GorGorAttack!! for his passion and enthusiasm in the deep realm of extreme metal (and stuff like that).

Overall, though, I really think you can't go wrong with CollegeHumor. The old vids are pure gold, and though they get some slack, I love the new stuff, too.
