Hey Ken,
Thanks a lot for both your quick response to my post and all of the cool new info. Really, I totally understand the difference in the work you guys and Sideshow do, but I just thought maybe both could learn a little from the other, perhaps, and make their own better in the process, that's all. I would never want to put down all of the effort that all of the talented folks at Palisades, especially yourself, do to please us fans. Also, I think for Gonzo, your Series 2 one looks like the best representation of our favorite weirdo, yet. However, I was wondering if you're just going to recycle the head for the later version. I like the way the first is coming out, but I still feel like something could be done about the coloration of his nose area. Then again, it could all be out of your hands, coming ordered straight from Henson. Once again, I'm just trying to express my feelings on the issue. Well, I guess I'll just have to wait until I have either figure in my hand before judging, and that goes for Chef, too. I have faith.
Also, for your news, glad to hear the good stuff, sorry for all of the troubles. Anyways, about Animal, the new one wasn't already "a go"? I figured that's why he came out on the ToyFare cover, as an unveiling, of sorts. As for the Pigs in Space guys, I'm glad to hear about them at all, as I was thinking with talks of working on Rizzo and such, that they should be made alongside him, but it didn't seem like anyone really cared about them. I'm really looking forward to them, especially with the idea of the more show-accurate set. Can't wait to see what arrogant looking expression Link gets, as well as Piggy's new image. Maybe we can get some of those good early unpainted sculpt pics, ala Series 2??? Anyways, you sound enthusiastic, and that's good for me. Sorry for bombarding you, but this is what keeps me going, when my girlfriend's not around, at least ("not around" usually meaning "in class", these days, we're pretty inseperable ). Anyways, thanks again, and take care.
