This was a cartoon of various characters wasting water, and their stories were being told by singing water droplets. My question is what year was this cartoon made? Thanx!

I can vaguely recall seeing this as a child, and as a result, my mom would frequently say to me "Don't be a Waste-aroo!" I'm not sure of the year it was made, though...

I think it was made in Season 22 (1990-91). And I could NEVER understand why at the end, they had those flamingoes!! What were they there for?

They're a part of the shower curtain. Some shower curtains are lavishly designed like that.
