Are there non-online reviews of individual show episodes?

I've occasionally read about certain episodes of The Muppet Show getting reviews, and it makes me wonder, was there a publication that regularly reviewed new episodes of shows after (or before( they aired? Are there still print reviews (not online) of indiviudal new episodes? I know that the first episodes will be reviewed, and I think series finales and occasionally special/important episodes get reviews in the paper, and I think new seasons might get reviewed, but as a whole is it common for episodes to get their own reviews?

It's very common for episodes to get reviews online, on such websites as The AV Club as well as many fan forums. But outside of the online world what papers or magazines would review individual episodes?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I know that there are some books which go through shows episode-by-episode and might have reviews in there.
