wow...well, that's stil a long time. and yeah, the simpsons isn't as funny now as in their heyday, but they've still got a lot left in them. I mean, we could be watching "caroline in the city" instead...

I'm not sure but i think Groening is now denying he said specifically that the show is ending and that the newspaper drew those conclusions from his comments. He certainly seemed to be implying it though.
