They are not canceled yet. The company filed for bankrupcy so all products are apprently on hold right now. Hopefully they will go belly up (and that sounds mean, but too bad). If they fail like they should, the license may go up for bid again and Palisades may have another chance to get it.

Like many, I would love to see Palisades get this license. I think that Fun-4-All was on the right track with their revised sculpts, but I've just been so happy with Palisades.
