Are other puppet shows on TV like the Muppet TV shows?

Did not know that about Roy but doesn't surprise me at all!

Dearly miss Great Space Coaster. Lots of shows that used puppets did tend to sway towards a Muppet Show influence one way or another though i think Spitting Image (which SO needs a dvd release) was the closest anyone came to an alternate TMS. Hot Fudge Show had a definate TMS influence (the band was very Electric Mayhem-ish) and even Puppet Tree (a surprising very VERY good childrens' show on Christian stations that barely seemed like a religious show...that i seem to have been the only person who saw it/remembers it) was so incredibly TMS-influenced it was hilarious.

Have caught some clips of Sooty & Co and find it a guilty pleasure.

There's a Dutch show, nothing muppet/fraggle/disney/ whatever related, and the puppets are like a Fraggle and a Gorg. Isn't there anything like copyright on FR?
