Do you sew it? or do you use glue? .... but what kind of glue. Also i found ALEENES FOAMTASTIC GLUE ... anyone work with this??:big_grin: :sing: :flirt:

I don't suggest you use glue. The fleece is best "stuck on" by sewing it around the puppet....kind of how a sock goes around your foot. Its like a skin. The key is to get the fleece sew around the puppet and then to sew up the opening to finally finish it. So in essesnse you're draping the puppet to custom fit your fleece skin over the foam. If you can do this by modifying your puppet's original foam pattern or do a draping (like fashion designers do on mannequins). You could use glue, but its not always durable. It will probably fall over if the temperatures or humidity ever went crazy. I suggest sewing.

Sew, don't glue. Check out Sean Johnson's Puppet 101 blog and read forward from this post. He explains a method for doing this step by step.
