I know wierd, eh? Well, to be honest, I'm not 100% sure. This place was pretty fancy shmancy as far as daycares go. They may have had to order it special from a health food store or something.

Why did apple sauce remain common, but apple butter did not?

Does apple butter work in mousetraps the way peanut butter does?

Hammy: NO! I must not allow you to use mousetraps!! I shall control you! I will MAKE you not use mousetraps in the name of Rodentia!

Nick: Hammy, go away. You're evil yourself.

Well then, to be more friendly, would apple butter work in pinecone birdfeeders?

Not to seem insulting, but why do you have such a facination with different kinds of butter?

Well, until recently I thought apple butter was on the same idea as peanut butter, but it really isn't, it's more like a fruit preserve(a jelly or a jam), does not have the same nutritional value as peanut butter, and since I've discovered sunflower seed butter and pumpkin seed butter, I think those should appear on more shelves where peanut butter is. It would give a wider selection of choices other than peanut butter. This way, people with little kids could choose the type of spread to give their child(see my thread on nut butters), because some may be less common an allergen than others.

There's the answer to my fascination.
