What episodes of the Muppet Shpw featured Louis kazagger, and what did he do in those episodes?

Here are the appearances that I do know of:

merrissa Berensen: hosted Muppet Sports.
Harry Belefonte: hosted Muppet Sports.
Lynne redgrave: hosted the arrow shooting contest.
Roy Rogers and Dale Evans: hosted Muppet Sports.
cheryl ladd: hosted Muppet Sports.
anne murray: hosted Muppet Sports.
Lola Falana: hosted Muppet Sports.
Phyllys George: interviewed the zuccinni brothers in the u.k. spot.
glenda jackson: hosted Muppet Sports.
Roger Moore: hosted Muppet Sports.

he also appeared in The Great Muppet Caper, The Muppets Take manhattan, The Muppets: A Celebration of Thirty years, A Muppet Family Christmas, Good Morning America (in a few 1992 appearances) and Muppets Tonight! (he appeared in the controll room in the Michelle Pheiffer episode). it's too bad that he wasn't a sports announcer in Muppet Race mania, and it's also too bad that he didn't host any mini-games in Muppet Party Cruise.

The Cheryl Ladd episode had a Muppet Sports segment? It doesn't list it here

Do you mean the Elke Sommer episode?

I think I've read that Louis kazagger also appeared in the "Beyond the Blue Horizon" number in the Linda Lavin episode.
