That green frackle the you're probably referring to is the same snake frackle that also made occasional appearances on the show throughout the first two seasons.

Besides, Lenny and the Snake Frackle both appeared on screen together at the same time, particularly in the "Comedy Tonight" and "So Happy Together" numbers.

Unless you're referring to the purple snake frackle.

Also, am I still missing any appearances or did I get them all?

No, I guess he never appeared in Season 5.

Lenny was later reused as Wendell Wizard in a Mopatop's Shop episode "The Wizard's Wand".

I wish we could see more of Lenny The Lizard in more Muppet productions! He was such a cool looking character!

I loved him in the "Inchworm" skit and I love the voice that Jim Henson gave him for that!
