I sure got it, but I have not had time to look at it yet. Btw, I have made you a tape with 514, and I will be putting 2574 on it ASAP. And I also heard from Boober_Gorg that the sound quality on your tape is NOT very good. Correct?

Well, only the tiny part of the late 80's episode, which was never on Noggin where David and the kids sing the "Apple Tree" song, but much of classic SS from 1992 looks GREAT!

Hey, hey, hey!
I've got #514 and #2574 last Friday!

Here are the highlights of both of these episodes:

#514-The opening street scene was where Stevie Wonder sings "1-2-3 Sesame Street". I think him singing "Superstition" on the street was pretty boring, but the skits were great! It had the classic Count/Cookie sketch where The Count and Cookie Monster both cooperate together, so the Count could count the cookies and Cookie could eat them. It had two classic Ernie & Bert skits-the one where Ernie forgets to turn off the water for the tub (i've seen it on one of the 2000 shows on Noggin) and the one where Bert had a purple hand, because it was bruised! Grover appeared on some street scenes with Stevie Wonder, too. Roosevelt Franklin appeared on the Elementary School skit where he teaches his class about poison. It also had the Joe Raposo song, "Everybody Eats". And, it also had some great animated letter/number skits like the BEEP-BEEP letter "I" song where the man was driving through the "I" city and ends with him taking the "i" on a trip, "We all live in a capital I" song, the 'Eleven Morning' song where it ends with the singer falling into the pig pen with eleven pigs, the number eleven animation with the dancing squares and with off-screen voices laughing, Secret Drawing: the letter G, and the other 'G' sketch that went like "G is the first letter in the word...in the word...giggle!" Don't forget that it had the Ralph and Willy sketch with them getting ready to play baseball. Sponsored by letters G and I and the number 11.

#2574-Maria's pregnancy part two-where Maria's mother from Puerto Rico visit Sesame Street. She showed Big Bird, Maria and Luis the pictures of Maria where she was pregnant. Well, this episode was just disappointing you, because there was only one sketch of the letter 'B', which was the classic "B Is For Bubble" song, only one sketch of the letter 'T', which was the Newsflash skit where the Boston Tea Party members throw stuff that begin with 'T' into the sea, and only one sketch of the number '12' which was a small animation with twelve birds. But, it's lucky enough that "Ladybug Picnic" was on the Deja Noggin part before #514! There were some of the great skits like Bert's Blanket, Rappin' Alphabet, Ernie rides on a boat, Kermit, Shala and Patti on 'Next To', the Guy Smiley game show "The Eating Game", What Are Kids Called, and there was one of the skits I remembered so much in my youth, The Heartstrongs, featuring Gordon, Susan, David and Uncle Wally. It's strange that Gordon appeared on the live film where he dances with the kids on shapes. Snuffy's sister, Alice made an appearance on this episode, too. Sponsored by letters B and T and the number 12.

Thanks ssetta for the tape trade!
