You can get "Green and Bear It" on Amazon now! I got mine the same day The Muppets was released on DVD! 
I was hoping to find these at Target (since it's now considered corporate suicide to be a store that sells books), right next to the other movie based kids books, including the thankfully not movie looking Smurf books, also thankfully based on actual Peyo comics.
