Every time I watch or hear Ernie's song, "I Don't Want to Live on the Moon" I get tears in eyes and start crying. It's just so beautiful and makes me miss Jim more than I already do:cry:. Every time I hear it, I think it's about dying and how Jim feels about it and his way of saying, "When I die, I will miss all the places and people I love." :stick_out_tongue:
Some of the Kermit songs, like 'Rainbow Connection' and 'This Frog,' make me 'tear up,' but so do some of the instrumental pieces used in various Sesame Street films, most notably the Joe Raposo score in the 'Bald Eagle' film series, where kids narrate the voyage of a bald eagle over roads, islands, and other locations.

Sesame Street: Bald eagle (Roads)
Sesame Street: Bald eagle (Islands)
Sesame Street: Bald eagle (Locations)

I'll think of others as time progresses, but for now, the above definitely 'stand out.'

I have been teary eyed when listening to “I Don’t Want To Live On The Moon” as it seems most people on this thread have but the song I want to talk about is “Somebody Come and Play” I’ve never cried or even been teary eyed listening to this song however I always experience an odd emotio that could be best described as brief melancholic dissonance.
