I wish I was a better performer than a builder somtimes... it's no fun to make somthing then just let it sit around. Puppets are ment to be art and entertainment, and just somthing really cool.

A positive "attitudinal" approach and practice will correct your situation...to a degree. Learning and practicing basic manipulation will suprise you. Hang in there...I know you can do both well if you choose to.

(Whew, I was having a Zig Ziglar moment there.)

Mike I agree with Phantom, each one of us have or own talent, you maybe a really good builder where some one else isa good manipulator.

If you want to become a better Puppeteer, I tell my team " How do you get to Carnagie Hall?"(or in our case a job With the Muppets or henson), "Practice, Practice, Practice!!!":wink:

Your team? Do you have company running, or is it just kinda like a "for fun" thing? I love to hear about new puppet groups forming. :smile:

My team is at my church "Salt and Light", But I'm trying to get togher a city team or Guild here in Columbus!

I'm trying to get A puppetry business started But as the other can tell you It is very hard to do.

I just Love working Puppets any time I can. One dy soon I be doing it Full time!!:smile:
