Any idea what those puppets were?

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen the music video for The Housemartin's "Five get overexcited". There were some puppets there that looked like Ernie. Were those popular british puppets or custom made for the video.

Note, I can't reply to PMs until I have ten posts.

they are just some cheap Ministry typr puppets , most likey from a mass produced lot , (although who knows what sort of market thier was for that stuff when the video was made, im sure you can find something like that online somewhere, try sillypuppets.com, or a simlilar website for mass produced puppets

Interesting how memory alters perception. I remembered the video totally different, from that time. Nearly 20 years ago?
So I tracked it down and here it is, on youtube:

The puppets appear in the last minute of the video.
Here's a few screengrabs of the puppets:

To me, the puppets are what made the video something to remember. I think they used puppets again in a different video.

Ravagefrackle is right. They are probably ministry puppets. Because they are almost 20 years old, the exact designs may not be in production.
Based on the look of the puppets they could have come from either One Way Street or Puppet Productions.
The look of the puppet’s nose makes me believe that they may have come from Puppet Productions.

Below is a link to similar puppets on One Way Street’s website.

This link is to Puppet Productions puppets of similar style.
