Actually, there WAS a SMB3 cartoon DVD
Right here but it is increadbly hard to find

There also was a Sonic SatAm DVD... and it's IMPOSSIBLE to find...

It costs 40 BUCKS!!!

As for ones I know about, I'm looking forward to the Muppet and Fraggle season 1 sets, Rocky and Bullwinkle Season 3, any future Garfield and friends releases, and I hear tell about a Project ALF DVD.

for what I'd like to see:

One Piece: with original uncut Japanese dialogue
Kinnikuman: also uncut (but very unlikely)
Inspector Gadget to get a formal DVD release... none of this UAV jazz
George of the Jungle (with original pilots for George and Super Chicken)
Ducktales (still a puzzler why they don't bother)
Toxic Crusaders Volumes 2+3 (don't know if these will come out or not)
Family Guy seasons 4+5 (if, of course, the newer 35 episodes are split into those seasons)
Muppets Tonight, the series
