Another "Who was this muppet?" question

I just saw her in the Big Bird's birthday special and I can't for the life of me remember her name (she was an late 80's-early 90's muppet I think, I have not seen her at all lately)
She was orange with long hair and always wore a necklace that looked like it was made out of something like soda can tabs. I think she might have been friends with Prairie Dawn...
She reminds me a little of Rosita ...

You know it is odd she was only in four seasons from 1988-1991 it says
I liked her better than Zoe . But maybe that is who they remade her character into...
