Another sci-fi movie question.

Got another sci-fi movie to be identified. This movie was really old, like the 60's or something. Part of the plot is that these divers discover a sunken ocean liner. But people are still living on it because they made these oxygen machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :halo:
