How come Sesame Workshop uses Kermit on there Sesame Street skits still?

Dosen't Disney own Kermit the Frog?

Can Some One Awnser My Question? :confused:

if your still seeing fom Kermit scetches, it's probably because they were made prior to 1990 at wich time i believe they discontinued him on the show and they're probably still allowed to use skits made before that. just a wild guess.

Yes, Disney legally owns Kermie. But in a way, he belongs to all of us, doesn't he? :wink:
