don't know if this is ok to post here, but I'm pretty proud about my first animatronic puppet.
It can move his eyes, eyelids, brows, mouth and lips (Cable operated):

how did you make it?

Painted resin eyes, Wood, screws, Metal, cables, Hot glue, fur, sculpey. Pretty easy
