Rhonda Loyd (from Hey Arnold)
Meh... I had a thing for Phoebe instead... must have been the glasses, and the booksmartness, and the dorkiness, and... hmm... seems like THAT'S my type moreso than blondes, like I'm always teased about, lol.

Well, we all have different taste.

I also think that Marlene Otter (from Penguins of Madagascar) is kinda cute too. And maybe Panini from Chowder.

Dunno if I said this one already, cause she's not so much a 2D animated character as so much as a costumed human hottie... Always have had and will have a crush on Tiffani Hale as Teen Lobster from the 1992 Mouse Club.
But the concept lends itself as either Buddy Flood's commercial pitchgirls when they showed up as leggy lobster girls or that blonde woman in a lobsterish costume who dumped Thermie on Jon's doorstep.

Yeah, I'm weird like that with my cartoon hotties/crushes. :flirt:

The title of this thread and the age of some of these characters is a little bit disturbing
But you can't go past Jinx from Teen Titans.
