Animal's Inspiration

Need your help and knowledge, people!

A radio station here in Arizona stated not long ago that the inspiration for Animal as the drummer for Fleetwood Mac, Mick Fleetwood. Is this true? I have tried look in "Jim Henson: The Works" without any luck. Any thoughts? I will admit, if you watch Mick play, you can see a bit of resemblance... :halo:

He was inspired mainly after Keith Moon, drummer for The Who.
