Do you ever wonder what kinda of sandwich the world's very first sandwich was?

Wow, lol. I bet it was a veggie sandwhich!!! Er, wow, this is hard. Well, when did bread come out? What was the most popular meat or veggie then? Oh, I don't know...

 I very much doubt it was anything like the sandwich I recall seeing the comedian rock star "weird Al Yankovic prepare on a film once.

Ice cream, carrots, cream cake and mustard on wholewheat bread:crazy:

Yes he literally started to eat it as well. I don't know if he actually finished it but he did make a start before the film ended that particular scene.

Only the Earl of Sandwich would know. He was the inventor of the first sandwich. He played lots of card games so much, that he didn't have time to make a meal. So he put the meat, cheese, and other stuff between two pieces of bread so he could hold his meal in one hand and his cards in the other. Sesame Street did a cartoon about that.

I guess probably butter at first. And then probably cheese from there. And from cheese came tomato and from tomato came full salad...and so on and so on...and god said "let there be Subway"...
