I wonder if anyone here has some iTunes advice?

The other day, I first joined iTunes and I downloaded some episodes of the classic Electric Company. But when I played it, there was no picture. I heard sound, but there was nothing but a green blank screen? Has that happened to anyone else and does anyone know how I can fix it?

You have to have iTunes installed onto your computer, as it isn't a default player like Windows Media Player (unless you're using an Apple computer).

Don't you need the program to buy things in the first place?

You might want to look at your video players are they up to date, and are they the correct types? Or have you ever heard of a video player called VLC? They play the same files as itunes last I heard so if itunes continues not to work, I suggest trying VLC.

Thank you for the advice everyone. I'm going to see if my Quicktime or VLC needs some major upgrading. Or maybe I'll call a computer expert and maybe he can find out the one thing I've been missing that will make iTunes right.
