am I the only one who is not excited about the simpsons movie coming out? I mean, I love the simpsons, but latly the quality of episodes had declined. The trailers dont really do the movie justice either.

I could care less about The Simpsons Movie; if you ask me, I'm still waiting for the day The Simpsons to actually die.

I agree. They need to put an end to it. Its an embarassment to what it used to be. I think seasons 4-8 were the best seasons. it was in 2000 when I noticed the decline in quality, and stopped watching the new episodes. Yes, I do watch the new ones on occasion, and I still watch the old ones. But Its hard to explain to people that the simpsons actually used to be a good show.

If they are smart they will release the movie, and end the series altogether.
