Allistar Cookie's pipe

I think there were a few skits where he was shown with the pipe but didn't eat it because I seem to remember watching SS as a kid and every time Monsterpiece Theater came on I would wait anxiously to see if Cookie would eat the pipe or not. I thought it was funny when he did and was dissapointed when he didn't.

Krazedmuppet: The Great Mouse Detective was released on DVD but I believe it has since gone "back in the vault" so finding a copy can be tricky. You're right though it's amazing that film got a G rating consideirng it contians smoking, drinking and drugs (Dawson's drink gets spiked) plus Ratigan murders two of his own henchmen and theer's talk an even singing about past murders ("even meaner/you mean it/worse than the widows and orphens you drowned...")and if that's not enough there's a whole musical number with blatent sexual inuendo!

Don't get me wrong I like the movie but it really is at least PG material!
