Action Man Action Figures: England? Mexico?

Hiya, gang,

My best pal Martheus Wade has drawn the Action Man comic books that are inserted in with the Action Man Action Figures, but they are not available in the US.

We 'think' they may be in England or Mexico, and I know my pals here at MC are collectors of different things. Can someone tell me where these are located and how on earth we can get our hands on them?
