A question about The Muppets Take Manhattan

I seem to remember reading elsewhere at Muppet Central that Travelling Matt Fraggle makes an apperance in MTM. Well, I have this film on DVD and was viewing it last night, but I could not see him. There were The Muppet Babies in a daydream sequence of the adult Miss Piggy, and there was some of the Sesame Street gang at Manhatten Melodies, but for the life of me I couldn't see head nor hide of Matt. So was he there or did someone make a mistake?
