sounds like a good movie idea...

i was thinking about this the other day and i thought there should be a muppet western movie that had kermit, who was just passing by, get into some sort of problem with a bad guy and he meets the rest of his muppet friends and they try to stop the bad guy....and they would all be playing themselves, but just set in a western style movie..

characters would be: kermit-as the cowboy hero
miss piggy-kermits love interest and the girl in distresed
fozzie bear- the sherrif and link- as the deputy- (similar to like bear on patrol)
pops-the bartender-
rowlf- the piano player who is the bar with pops and gives people advice, etc.
sam the eagle- the mayor of the town
jp. gross-head of the local newspaper
scooter, rizzo, beauregard- as the writers and reporters for the news paper that scooters uncle owns
busen honeydew, beaker, and dr. strangepork- as the inventors and scientists who help aid kermit with some wacky inventions
bad guy-??? maybe someone like jack palance who can do a good cowboy role

i still don't know how the sweedish chef, lew zealand, or dr. teeth and the electric mayhem would fit in.....

just think back to MTI.. they put a pignose on the chef
veggies: "well, how else do you think we were gonna get him in the movie."
