A little help please

recently on a trip to disney world i purchased a super beaker

when i opened it up i found that many of the joints were sticky (an they often are) i got them all unstuck except for the elbows

i cant force them since they are especially sticky and i dont want to snap the bicep swivels off

so my question is if anyone knows a way to unstick the joints without breaking the figure

Put him in the frezzer. It seems to work. Hope this works.
