Can anybody make me a list of all of the characters who appear in the book Jim Henson's Muppet Show Bill?

Hi,

Here is a list of all the characters in Jim Henson's Muppet Show Bill Book. Characters with (2) after them means the picture is over 2 pages. The book is a constantina! with all the pics on 1 side, the other side is plain card, and it all folds up and slots into the small cover/box.

Firstly at the left of the constantina is the back page with the printing and copyright info, this joins to the spine with the title and Kermits head and which then joins onto the 'front page' again with title and Kermit's head.

Whats is surprising with this book is with all the characters in it, Bunsen and Beaker are missing!!?

Is Lips included on the pages with The Electric Mayhem, or is it just the original five members (or less)?
