90s Costume ideas

This is what I think of when I think early to mid '90s fashion:

Moms wore really high jeans, which is now extinct.

And people wore shirts with Looney Tunes characters dressed as gangsters:

Girls wore those hats with flowers in them:

There's lots of stuff... 1990 was pretty different than 1999.

Bugs Bunny as a gangster is hilarious! I picture him walking up to 80s/90s rapper Dr. Dre and saying
"What's up doc?"

I went with a pretty generic, over the top 90s outfit. I'm pretty happy with it, considering my limited resources. Will post pics soon.
