I just haven't been as interested in the Oscars since Lord of the Rings ended.

Yeah, those movies were amazing. And it was wired that they didn't win once until the thire one. The acadamy usually looks down upon blocl busters. But those movies really deserved to win.

Well they wanted to wait until all the movies were done. But as I always said, then they shouldn't have given them awards the two previous years. As much as I loved LoR, it wasn't fair to the other films.
