Anyone remember a really wierd video on sesame street that had to do with the number 40?

It takes place on a pitch black background (just like in that Count to 10 skit with "Nobody")

First you hear an african beat, and hear women singing, and there's these things that look like diamonds. Then someone says "1", and something happens. I can't remember how the skit goes, but it was a little scary to me.
