2011 Hallmark Beakers "Ode to Joy" Ornament Repair

Hi Everybody!

I bought the 2011 Hallmark ornament off ebay and unfortunately the metronome doesn't click back and forth as meant to.

Does anyone know how and if this can be repaired?
