I know! I know! Andy and Randy Pig! Oh wait, no, i'm not the one who's supposed to guess. Sorry.

But seriously, it's another challenging one but if you aren't coming up with anything in the unscrambling, the key is in asking the right questions - and you just got a HUGE clue - besides Sesame Street or commercials what other kind of stuff where the Muppets doing in the 70s where voice actors provided the voice of a character as opposed to a Muppeteer - narrow that down and you are SO close to figuring this out.
