I've seen it before. It's part of a special bonus in one of The Muppet Show dvd seasons (I think season 1).

I don't remember seeing pictures of this on the DVD set special features. I know both pilots are on there. Sex and Violence is in Season 1 with the pitch reel (unfortunately cut Kermit's legendary quote) and Valentine's Show is on Season 2 I believe. :smile:
