I dropped that plot idea idea a long time ago which you would have known if you posted more. I'm basing all ghost related abilities on Danny Phantom, in which case, CERTAIN ghosts can develop ice powers

In getting this back on topic I am quite pleased I am slowly making my way to the 6,000 mark!!!
