There's a fully stocked concession stand here for all the visitors who aren't SM's yet... But if you happen to be a Senior Member, verified by your post total and MC Kermit badges, then the Senior Lounge/Lodge is the place to go.
Just past the sleeping janitor inside the closet... Tap the brick wall in the secret spot and it'll open up to grander rollicking and frolicking partyscapes inside. Use your imagination, that's the only limit once there in the SM hideout.
