I'm not eating ice cream for the next week. X_X Too much ice cream in the classes today. I'll have a bowl of very salty chips. XD
Either way, for whoever would like to know here's the recipe:
(Nearly) Instant Ice Cream
100 mil Milk (about 1/4 cup)
add sugar to 125 mil of sugar, perferably fine grained (about a tablespoon)
vanilla extract to taste (any other flavor would work, or none at all, which I guess would be just milk cream. Or something like that)
3 cups of ice
1/2 cup of rock Salt
get either a large gallon sized freezer safe bag, or a small cooler, fill with ice, and add rock salt. Shake/stir until well mixed. Take milk, sugar, and extract and mix in a quart sized freezer safe bag. Seal tightly. Place milk mix bag into larger bag, or into the small cooler. Make sure ice is around it COMPLETELY. Let set for about 10-15 minutes. Ice cream will be nice and hard, not icy hard, but it will be suitable for eating.
Note: Ice cream will be very slightly salty. To have no salt whatsoever, delete salt, but wait will increase to 20-25 minutes. Salt helps the ice stay colder, longer.
Hope you guys like it!!
ALSO! Someone tell Lisa about the gift I've given her in the Dorms, she'll LOVE IT!
